Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 24 February 2026

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or dispatched.

Modification requests may include:

• Product variant changes

• Shipping address updates

• Contact detail corrections

To request a cancellation or modification, email hello@tokfo.in with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped before we review your request, changes may not be possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
